Every season, we must evaluate our products and, upon careful consideration and deliberation, we must discontinue less popular shades. We understand that sometimes this means discontinuing some of your favorites and we deeply apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. However, when we discontinue shades that means we add new, fashionable shades that we’re sure you’ll love! If you need help choosing a replacement shade, please contact us.

Unfortunately our limited edition/promotional items are seasonal and have only one production run. If you cannot find them in your area, they are probably sold out. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your interest. However, we are constantly releasing new products every season, so please stay tuned for other new products we’re sure you’ll love!

Unfortunately, we don’t sell shades separately from our palettes, so we don’t name them individually either. However, because of our affordable prices and year-round discounts, our shades are always readily available!
As a Peta-certified, cruelty-free brand, we’re proud to say we have never and will never test on animals. We also make it a point to work with cruelty-free, third-party vendors. wet n wild® loves our furry, scaly, and feathery friends!
Not 100% of our products are vegan, but we are striving towards making them all vegan friendly. If a product is not listed as vegan, it is not considered vegan. Click here to see a list of our vegan products.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We value you as a customer and your satisfaction is very important to us, please note that we will gladly replace any item that may have been damaged during shipping. We apologize, but due to the low cost nature of our products, we are unable to offer any returns or exchanges.
ALL OTHER PURCHASES
For merchandise purchased at one of our retail partners, please return to the original point-of-purchase to determine return eligibility.
ORDER PROCESSING:
wet n wild is closed on weekends and major holidays. Most orders take up to 2 business days to process. All orders received on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday. Please note, business days do not include weekends or holidays. During promotional or holiday periods, orders may take a bit longer to process.

Standard US: 5 – 7 Business Days
Standard Canada: 2Weeks

*Note: Orders outside the Continental US such as Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO may take longer based on address. Expedited shipping is only available within the Continental US.
STANDARD SHIPPING:
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $25. For orders with standard shipping, please allow 5-10 business days for standard shipping.
FREE SHIPPING PROMOTION:
During shipping promotions, sub-totals must meet qualifying dollar value before taxes and shipping costs. Unfortunately, orders shipping to Canada are not eligible for shipping promotions.
ATTENTION:
PLEASE NOTE THAT ORDERS PLACED DURING A SALE OR PROMOTION MAY TAKE UP TO 3 BUSINESS DAYS TO PROCESS IN OUR WAREHOUSE DUE TO HIGH VOLUME.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING:
Expedited orders shipped via Two Day or Next Business Day must allow the 1 business day processing time before shipping. Due to shipping restrictions, some products are not eligible for expedited shipping.
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION:
A shipping confirmation with your tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at the time the order is shipped. Please track your shipment as Wet N Wild is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
SHIPPING TO CANADA:
All standard shipping rules apply to Canada orders. Canadian orders do not qualify for free shipping. All prices on our website are in US dollars. Your credit card company will bill you with your local currency at the current exchange rate. The estimated time of delivery after an order has been shipped is 3 to 5 weeks.
Payment of any import taxes, customs duties and fees is the responsibility of the recipient. These fees are non-refundable and may be collected at the time of delivery. If a shipment is refused because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping and any return shipping charges will not be refunded. wet n wild has no control over these charges, nor can wet n wild predict what they may be.
Due to shipping regulations, some products are prohibited to be shipped into Canada. Please note: We do not ship any nail polish or nail products to Canada.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICIES:
Unfortunately, wet n wild does not currently ship internationally.
